Comic Brilliance
I have been reading Alison Bechdel's "Dykes to watch out for" for a long time now. I think Alison has amazing talent for observing current events and reflecting them in her comic strip. Her eye for clever detail always makes rereading her monthly strip fun as well. I often pick through her strip archives just to study her character development.
Her site is definitely a great one for your bookmarks.
This month she uses characters in her strip to provide analogies of our electoral system.
